This Inside Territory Sales Representative Position
Features:
? Great Pay to $14.00
Objective
To research, identify and generate appointments with key health
plans, accountable care organizations, integrated delivery networks
and independent physician networks for Company. Generate
recommendation for Company products from physicians and diabetes
educators. Work with outside sales representatives to generate
contracts and sales of product through appropriate pull through
activity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
-contact health plans, accountable care organizations, integrated
delivery networks and independent physician networks to promote
telehealth and diabetes Monitoring
-work closely with outside sales staff to gain formulary status
with key health plans and achieve team goals
-establish access to Company products through key retail outlets by
signing up "Affiliate Agreements" who will stock and promote
Company Products.
-follow up on every lead generated at professional shows
-promote Company medical devices to hospitals and nursing homes in
their assigned territory
-research & provide feedback and assistance with programs that will
drive recommendation and demand for Company products
-provide competitive market feedback to management on competitive
programs and products
-provide excellent customer service where necessary to overcome
unique and challenging sales and product issues
-represent company in a professional courteous manner
-work cooperatively with company internal departments assisting in
order fulfillment and customer satisfaction issues.
-complete weekly sales call reports.
-identify and communicate new product opportunities.
-maintain appropriate records of key customers
-assist credit in identifying credit worthy customers and
collecting overdue balances
Key Traits
-Sales experience needed
-experience with medical devices or diabetic machinery a plus
-outgoing, extroverted personality
-excellent Telephone manners
-not afraid of rejection
-persistent without alienating a potential customer
-excellent communication skills

-ability to get by gate keeper
-knows how to secure information from receptionists, or
gatekeepers
Hourly rate with incentive package opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
-4yr degree, BA/BS is a plus
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Minimum 3 yrs experience in any of the below
-Sales with documented successful track record of achievements
-Experiences in medical devices sales and diabetes products are a
plus
-must be persistent to continue follow-up on the potential
leads
-interpersonal skills
-strong computer skills
-must be able to work in a dynamic, international environment. We
