Job Description:
Elite position available for a Guest Services Rep in West Los
Angeles. Looking for someone from hospitality experience!
Will support guest services in a consistent, timely and effective
manner to ensure 100% guest satisfaction while supporting other
Guest Relations team members and Director. Maintain past history of
the awards and recognition-Program implementation through
application of milestone awards to bookings through daily report
generated from reservations department-Liaison between travel agent
and internal reservations agents. Update profiles in Reservations
system Conduct research on behalf of Accounting, Reservations, etc.
