Description
Looking for a STRONG closer/funder for a financial institution
located in Santa Ana, CA. Must have 5+ years minimum of funding
experience doing everything from reviewing loan docs to signing of
conditions to requesting the wire. Responsibilities include: review
all information in the title commitment, property survey, earnest
money contract and mortgage insurance. perform a complete audit of
the loan file including both legal and financial documentation.
Monitor and track funding documentation to ensure that all
necessary paperwork has been completed and received. This is a 90
days temporary assignment with the possibility of temp to perm.
