Job Description:

We are seeking a--Bilingual Client Intake Specialist--to be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a compassionate and professional introduction to our firm. In this role, you'll handle client intake calls, evaluate case viability, and collect essential information. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish, gathering case details and required documents.
--- Ensure clear and empathetic communication to make clients feel supported and understood.
--- Maintain detailed case notes and client information in our case management system.
--- Work closely with the intake team to ensure smooth and seamless transitions for each case.

Qualifications:
--- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
--- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake is required; legal experience is preferred.
--- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to actively listen to clients.
--- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
--- Self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently.
