A company is looking for a Customer Support Executive
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues via live chat,
email, or phone
Troubleshoot client bugs, collaborating with technical teams as
necessary
Maintain records of customer interactions and suggest process
improvements
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in B2B
SaaS
1-2 years of experience in customer support via chat and email
Experience using help desk software or ticketing systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
