Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Retention &
Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute strategies to scale the subscription program and
increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Oversee email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to enhance
customer engagement and retention
Lead and develop the retention marketing team, establishing KPIs
and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM,
specifically in subscription businesses
Proven track record of scaling subscription programs and increasing
MRR
Expertise in email and SMS marketing, with experience using tools
like Klaviyo and Postscript
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven insights to
optimize customer metrics
Leadership experience with a history of developing high-performing
teams
