• Valid CA Driver's License and use of an insured automobile.
• United States (US) citizen or have the legal right to work in the US.
• Baccalaureate degree from a regionally-accredited Institution of Higher Education.
• Valid School Audiometrist certificate as issued by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
  • Complete application.
  • BA (or higher) degree transcripts (Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an approved agency).
  • Community/Junior College transcripts.
  • Copy of School Audiometrist certificate.
  • Provide contact information for professional references, including current or most recent school-based or child-centered employment.
  • Applicants may be contacted by Human Resources (HR) with requests for outstanding documents or information.
  • Applicants who are deemed ELIGIBLE by HR will be placed on the appropriate eligibility list for a period of one calendar year.
  • Eligibility status is neither an offer nor a guarantee of employment in LAUSD.
  • Candidates who receive an offer from District Nursing Services will be contacted with onboarding instructions.
