Job Description:
A company is looking for an Airline Support Specialist-
Bilingual French/English.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors,
processing hotel and ground transportation reservations
Provide support and training to airline partners while ensuring
client satisfaction through prompt and professional service
Negotiate with vendors and resolve client disagreements, adapting
to changing situations and dynamics
Required Qualifications
Fluency in French and English is required
Prior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, or
airline reservation systems is preferred
Customer service background is a plus
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and
holidays
Must pass initial training and maintain certification through
annual training classes
