Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Arbitration.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the arbitration
team
Analyze workflow reports and identify trends, system errors, and
cases eligible for IDR process
Mentor and develop staff while managing project timelines and
ensuring KPI standards are met
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
IDR experience preferred
Leadership experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and
Outlook
