Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer III - Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and enhance the compliance management system (CMS) to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Provide strategic regulatory compliance advice and support the development of compliance processes and reporting
Lead compliance risk assessments and manage compliance-related issues for assigned business lines and partners

Required Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or legal roles in the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation or ability to obtain within one year
Leadership experience in compliance and regulatory examination processes
Extensive knowledge of financial services and compliance laws and regulations
