Job Description:
A company is looking for a First Party Producer to oversee the
development and delivery of high-quality experiences on first-party
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day production of first-party projects,
ensuring timely and successful delivery
Define, track, and manage project scope, timelines, and milestones
while adapting to changes and risks
Act as the main point of contact between internal development teams
and external first-party platform holders
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production or relevant
industry experience
Proven track record of managing and leading projects, including
scheduling and resource allocation
Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams,
including game developers and designers
Familiarity with the technical specifications and certification
processes of first-party consoles
Experience with project management tools and software development
methodologies
