This role is responsible for working closely with leaders from the Enable portfolio like Legal, Finance, and People Management to ensure integrated planning and detailed understanding of the status of projects and programs.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain overall integrated view of scope and status across the Enable portfolio.
  • Implementing the OCOG processes, standards, and reporting for project management within the Enable portfolio.
  • Managing and assuring the Enable portfolio roadmap, schedule, RADIO reporting and management.
  • Setting up and managing the portfolio governance, including forums and project teams.
  • Providing project management expertise and resources within the portfolio.Background and Requirements
    • 5+ years experience managing complex portfolio of programs or projects.
    • Broad generalist knowledge across business operations and administration.
    • Experience managing and reporting on Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, and Opportunities.
    • Ability to analyze data to inform senior leadership for decision-making.
    • Knowledge of setting up and managing governance structures and frameworks.
    • Expertise in using project management tools (SmartSheet experience preferred).Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
      • Ability to work On-site in an office environment, based in Los Angeles, CA.
      • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor project teams.
      • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
      • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Education / Training / Certifications
        • Experience working in Management Consulting or business analysis roles.
        • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
