We are a passionate team of creative professionals who are pushing the boundaries of entertainment and bringing beloved stories to life.About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Executive Producer to lead the development and execution of groundbreaking live experiences. Think of it like producing a major film, but instead of filming it, we invite the audience onto the set! You will be the driving force behind bringing imaginative concepts to life, overseeing every detail from initial vision to the final guest experience.Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creative development of innovative live experiences based on popular IPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, designers, vendors) to realize the creative vision within budget and timelines.
• Ensure creative excellence across all aspects of production, including set design, lighting, sound, and interactive elements.
• Champion a culture of creative innovation and problem-solving.
• Project Management:
• Oversee all stages of project development, from concept through to installation and operation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and direction to creative teams and external partners.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Make key decisions and guide projects with confidence and authority.Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in the location-based entertainment industry, with a focus on producing large-scale, immersive experiences.
• A proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering exceptional projects.
• Experience with both permanent installations and touring productions.
• Deep understanding of the consumer products industry and themed entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of production techniques related to set design, lighting, sound, and interactive technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for pushing creative boundaries and delivering unforgettable experiences.Bonus Points:
• Experience with popular IP and franchise development.
• Familiarity with the Las Vegas entertainment landscape.
• Experience working with global teams.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $112.50 to $125 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
