Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance - AWS Connect
IVR.
Key Responsibilities
Review and lead complex system/application test strategies and
master test plans
Act as the primary liaison between business areas and systems
teams, providing project status and recommendations
Lead integration testing sessions to validate end-to-end business
flows
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and maintaining test
plans and strategies
Expertise in behavior or test-driven methodologies and various
testing types
Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA
Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and testing tools such as
Selenium and JMeter
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited
institution
