Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Operations to lead and
enhance its operational strategies in a virtual pediatric mental
health setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical operations with a focus on key performance
indicators such as patient outcomes and growth
Drive the design and implementation of clinical protocols and
strengthen payer relationships for improved reimbursement
Identify efficiency improvements and optimize revenue cycle
management to enhance financial performance
Required Qualifications
8-12 years of operations experience at the Director level or higher
in VC-backed healthtech companies
Deep understanding of the insurance system, including payer
relations and reimbursement negotiation
A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced
degree is preferred
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a proven track
record in high-performing teams
Mission-driven with a passion for improving access to mental health
services
