Job Description:
A company is looking for an FMLA Customer Experience Specialist
in Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and adjust Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other
leave requests according to guidelines
Handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally and provide
follow-up communications
Maintain accurate documentation and meet performance metrics while
demonstrating professionalism and empathy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent
required
1-3 years of customer service experience required
Call center experience preferred
Experience in employee benefits administration or FMLA
administration is a plus
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
