• Interfacing with an expanding major retailer with a multi-state footprint.
• Design and construction document development for execution of retail projects.
• Attending site surveys and presenting projects to clients.
• Overall team management to ensure and complete project assignments and reviews.Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; Architectural registration (or on track) is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience in Retail projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized.
  • Revit skills required; AutoCAD knowledge and experience a bonus; Photoshop, InDesign or additional graphic skills preferred.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable and adept at working on multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Candidate will be a solid self-starter, creative thinker, and independent problem solver.
  • Self-motivated candidates demonstrating a proactive work ethic are ideal.
