Key Responsibilities
Design a personalized onboarding experience tailored to customer
needs
Collaborate across teams to create a cohesive end-to-end customer
journey
Develop impactful New User Experience (NUX) patterns to simplify
product adoption
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in full-stack design with a focus on
onboarding and funnel optimization
Proven experience designing onboarding experiences for B2B or SaaS
products
Expertise in mapping and simplifying complex workflows across
various touchpoints
Deep understanding of B2B customer personas and their unique
goals
Experience with design systems to ensure scalable and consistent
design patterns
