This is only going to increase: Air travel is forecasted to double by 2050, while meaningful efficiency gains using current airplanes have hit a wall.JetZero is developing a blended wing aircraft. It uses 50% less fuel and can accommodate zero-emission hydrogen propulsion. You will be responsible for analyzing and determining the structural integrity of various systems and the interactions of those systems with primary structure.What You'll DoStress Analysis - Perform analysis of systems supports and routings using hand analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and other advanced techniques. You will identify and analyze potential failure modes and recommend design improvements.Documentation - You will generate, review and/or approve engineering analysis and strength check notes and compliance documentation.Requirements Management - You will work cross-functionally to ensure systems routings and support designs meet all system and aircraft-level requirements.Schedule Management - You will work with technical experts to build and execute product development schedule, ensuring that all program and system level milestones are attained.Helpful TraitsYou have a Startup Mindset - We are a small team with big ambitions.
