Key Responsibilities
Enters and retrieves information using computer systems to update
records and respond to inquiries
Answers questions related to billing and insurance transactions,
and processes payments
Maintains customer care standards by achieving individual
performance goals and adhering to schedules
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience
preferred
Proficiency with computers is mandatory
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite required
Ability to maintain a professional work environment and meet
work-at-home requirements
