Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Specialist responsible for
providing customer support related to payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
Answer payment-related inquiries and provide technical assistance
within required SLAs
Onboard new customers and collaborate with clients and internal
partners
Track client inquiries and follow up on pending issues using the
Zendesk ticketing system
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the payments or fintech
industry
Experience providing exceptional customer service and
onboarding
Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
Ability to work EST hours if located in a different time zone
Willingness to learn and operate multiple software programs
concurrently
