Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop instructional materials including course outlines, CBT
storyboards, and multimedia elements
Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess training needs
and create engaging content
Conduct quality assurance testing and maintain project
documentation to ensure compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional
Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a
related area
Proficient in Articulate 360 and experienced with Adobe Creative
Cloud Applications
Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models,
including ADDIE
Basic HTML programming knowledge and experience with 508-compliant
web-based courses
