A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Vendor Contracts
and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of vendor contracts
Manage the entire contract lifecycle and ensure favorable terms for
the company
Collaborate with internal teams to track savings and support vendor
management initiatives
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) from a U.S. law school
5 years of experience in contract review and negotiation,
preferably in technology or education sectors
Strong knowledge of contract law and vendor management best
practices
Experience with data privacy, AI, or the edtech industry is a
plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
