Founded in 1989 they have extensive experience in all aspects of defense litigation and transactional matters. With offices in Irvine, Los Angeles and San Francisco they represent clients all over the state and even some international ones. Some of the practice areas are business, commercial, construction, employment, environmental, general liability, premises and product liability, insurance defense, and toxic tort.   • 5+/- years of experience in defense litigation
  • Experience with employment litigation: discrimination, retaliation, class action. FEHA, PAGA, and wage & hour
  • Experience conducting discovery, taking dispositions, preparing motions and trail preparation
  • Trail or arbitration experience is a plus!
