Cushman & Wakefield's Global Brokerage & Capital Markets
businesses. Leveraging an ability and willingness to work under
time-sensitive deadlines and be productive in a fast-paced
environment with multiple competing priorities, the Corporate
Counsel will proactively support C&W's varied client base, and
foster C&W Legal's collaborative culture. This position reports
to the Associate General Counsel - Brokerage & Capital Markets. The
successful candidate will be a strategic thought leader who can
manage the technical legal advice required to efficiently and
effectively support the business across the globe as well as serve
as a counselor and partner to key business stakeholders, executives
and various other management professionals. Demonstrated ability to
manage third party advisers and work collaboratively in teams
acting across geographies and skill lines is critical. HYBRID (3
days/week in-office).

compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will

candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay
less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the
position is: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00.
