Description Behavior Frontiers Pay Rate: $90,000 - $100,000

Clinical Director to lead our team and help take us to the next

where you can achieve your career goals! - Responsibilities:
- -The Clinical Director is responsible for monitoring the growth
of the region and hiring and training appropriate clinical and
administrative staff members to fulfill all the necessary roles of
the region in order for the clinical director to participate in the
following "core" duties:
- -Conduct face-to-face supervision in a client's home
- -Provide both in-office and in-field mentorship for all BCBA
and BCaBA mentees
- -Meet with supervisors weekly to review their caseload and
logs
- -Write and/or edit initial and profess reports for clients
- -Perform all responsibilities related to intakes of our new
clients in the center
- -Monitor and perform liaison and evaluation meetings of staff
members annually
- -Monitor quality improvement initiatives and employee incentive
programs for the center
- -Monitor social events for the center
- -Monitor and attend professional conferences and parent support
group meetings
- -Meet with health plan representatives to foster amiable
working relationships
- -Optional: Engage in research and development projects to
ensure that Behavior Frontiers is always expanding and
incorporating cutting edge information into our service delivery
(e.g., create new data sheets, curriculum, training, service
offerings, etc.) Qualifications and Skills:
- -BCBA Certification
- -At least 2 years of certification as a BCBA
- -At least 1-2 years supervising other BCBAs preferred
- -Master's or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or
behavior analysis
- -Experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA
programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and
technicians how to implement these interventions
- -Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
- -Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, FBA
