Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Technology Specialist to
support its affordable housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve Property Management Software tickets and ensure
appropriate assignment
Facilitate training for new and existing employees on software
usage
Provide service desk support for RealPage products and collaborate
with vendors to address system-wide issues
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in OneSite RealPage, helpdesk support, or
IT systems administration
Knowledge of RealPage OneSite or similar property management
systems
Understanding of affordable housing program compliance is a
plus
Proven ability to collaborate with vendor representatives in a team
environment
Demonstrated accountability and reliability in project
management
