Job Description:

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Manager for their AI team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of ML engineers to achieve business outcomes and technical excellence
Design and optimize AI models and training strategies for robotics applications
Drive technical roadmap and project management for the team

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a software engineering team, with at least 2 years of management experience
Proven track record developing and deploying large-scale ML models
Experience with PyTorch and modern ML architectures and training techniques
Experience working in Python, TypeScript, and with various cloud technologies
Experience leading teams of 2+ engineers
