Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enablement Program Manager to
support the execution of enablement programs across their Revenue
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive onboarding programs for new hires, including scheduling
trainings and tracking course completion
Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops, ensuring
effective communication
Manage and audit the enablement content library to ensure materials
are current and accessible
Required Qualifications
Experience in enablement, sales/sales development, or
program/project coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and seller needs
Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM and
enablement tools
Interest or experience in instructional design or adult learning is
a plus
