A company is looking for a Manager, Mortgage Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition for mortgage loans and ensure overall
customer satisfaction
Coach and develop a team of Loan Officers to achieve acquisition
targets and enhance customer experience
Collaborate with Sales Operations to analyze results and improve
sales strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mortgage sales focused on agent
relationships
1+ years of direct sales management experience in the mortgage
industry
Strong understanding of Conventional, VA, and FHA loans
Proven track record in quota-driven roles with strong coaching
skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive change
