Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Align strategy with execution across federal programs and provide
guidance to Program Managers
Drive professional development initiatives to enhance the
capabilities of managers and their teams
Shape a high-performance culture focused on mission success and
employee growth
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the federal sector
with experience managing personnel and revenue
Understanding of federal service contracts pricing and basic
contracting rules
Proven ability to lead and mentor multiple direct reporting Program
Managers
Demonstrated expertise in executive communication and change
management
Background in Geospatial, GIS, or GEOINT is a plus
