Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Performance Guarantee -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage processes for assessing and monitoring financial
risk related to client performance guarantees
Ensure documentation and adherence to performance guarantee
processes, while analyzing data to recommend improvements
Lead the PG team, providing direction, training, and oversight,
while managing departmental budget and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent
experience
2 years of leadership or management experience with increasing
responsibility
6 years of experience in interpreting contractual requirements and
managing projects related to quality metrics
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa
sponsorship
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
