Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcing and Contracting Manager
Senior (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Periop Value Analysis Team (VAT) to develop and implement
strategic plans for supply and service categories
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual
obligations and addressing performance issues
Conduct analytics and research to inform decision-making on
supplies, services, and capital equipment procurement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; 6 years of additional experience can
substitute for the degree
Minimum of 10 years overall experience in Supply Chain, Value
Analysis, or related fields
Five years of experience specific to Perioperative healthcare Value
Analysis or contracting
Must possess Peri-Op product knowledge and high financial analytics
capability
Certification in relevant areas (CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma, Project
Management) must be completed within one year of hire
