Director of Scheduling Highway Capital Projects for OHLA USA, Inc to work at our Irvine, CA loc.

Oversee completion of large-scale highway capital projects in accordance w/ Caltrans or applicable DOT's traffic handling plans + agency specification.

Ensure projects executed in conformity w/ proposed budget + completed on time.

Work closely w/ traffic-handling design engineers to complete projects in safe + timely manner, + w/ toll system engineers to deliver toll system infrastructure in an optimized manner.

Limited local and national travel to visit client sites, and to conduct interviews and training, is involved.

May undergo background checks.

Must have Masters in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or rel field and 7 years rel exp in project scheduling.

Also requires skills (7 yrs exp) in: working on highway capital projects, which must include Caltrans projects; Design Build or CMGC Contract Delivery methods; working as scheduling representative to agencies; applying relevant agency scheduling specifications; working on projects involving toll systems; using project scheduling software incl Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite; using Earned Value Management methodology; and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Must have completed OSHA 30-Hour training and QSD / QSP Qualification.

Salary range is $160,000-$210,000 annually.
