• Boldness - Embrace creativity, courage, and outside-the-box thinking.Senior Manager, Uniforms & Accreditation:The Senior Manager will lead the LA28 Uniforms & Accreditation team, responsible for delivering uniforms and accreditation across the entire LA28 workforce. Reporting to the SVP, HR, Games Prep & Delivery, the incumbent will collaborate with various teams to craft and deliver uniform and accreditation programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic and operational work for Uniforms and Accreditation programs.
  • Maintain responsibility for accurate forecasts for business assets and uniforms.
  • Manage cross-functional communication across the organization.
  • Participate in partnership with the Technology team to ensure system requirements are met.
  • Develop strategy for uniform distribution and accreditation management.
  • Monitor and meet critical milestones with Workforce Planning function.
  • Identify and issue accreditation to all members of the Games Workforce.
  • Develop and implement accreditation policies and procedures.
  • Determine access privileges based on role and function.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for implementing security processes.
  • Coordinate the workforce accreditation process across venues.
  • Plan and implement issue resolution procedures.
  • Support accreditation system configuration and testing.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory throughout product lifecycles.
  • Develop and support dissolution process for key assets.
  • Define uniform and accreditation training requirements.
  • Local travel may be required.
  • Shift work will be required leading up to and during Games time.Background & Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain management, or related field - or equivalent work experience.
    • Prior Games or global event experience required.

      • Working in an open office environment, on-site 4-5 days per week.
      • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
      • Proficiency in typing and using office equipment.
      • Ability to move and lift 10-15lbs boxes.
