Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Quality Analysts in developing and executing test
cases to ensure software quality
Develop and implement strategies for an automation-first testing
approach
Collaborate with quality managers, product owners, and developers
to improve testing processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on software quality assurance testing experience,
preferably with web and mobile applications
Experience managing and mentoring Quality Analysts and Software
Engineers in Test (SEiTs)
Familiarity with code deployments and version control systems
Experience creating test automation, preferably using Playwright
and Selenium
BS in Computer Science or related engineering field preferred
