Job Description:
A company is looking for a Post PTO Success Manager responsible
for managing the process of transferring ownership of Third Party
Owned systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute processes and policies for the transfer and
buyout of TPO systems
Manage relationships with servicing partners and coordinate across
the organization for servicing and operational priorities
Project manage key platform and process enhancements while
maintaining knowledge of organizational products and services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in credit operations, customer service, or
administrative roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM)
software
Previous experience in solar finance and contract transfers
