Job Description:

Fast growing & well known cosmetics line is experiencing massive growth and is seeking a talented & passionate Director to dive into this reputable Co. and deliver the highest standard of education to inspire loyalty /drive business. Goals: -Develop global seminars, education programs/tools/manuals and in-store initiatives. -Research information relevant to key strategic brand initiatives in order to develop the most relevant Education tools and programs. Key areas of research to include: cosmetic and retail industry trends, service initiatives, and innovative practices of successful companies. -Design and develop education programs for various methods of delivery including instructor-led classroom, in-store workshops, at-counter coaching, and eLearning. -Continuously challenge the writing process, looking for new ways to better communicate a clear and consistent message to the Education Field. -Make strategy decisions regarding all programs that support overall brand strategy -Manage educators and overall program -Input to curriculum development through ongoing feedback from retailers -Leadership management ? recruit, train, develop, inspire, and motivate Educators -Design and teach training programs at the training location TBD (4 times/year) -Work closely with departments to ensure company objectives are being supported -Weekly one-on-ones with Educators -Ongoing market visits to maintain consistency with retailers -Work with Educators to support, develop and coach sales team in the markets -Monitor operational successes and look for improvements -Conduct regional events with sales team -Lead sales trainings to give sales team new methods of supporting the program -Maintain constant communication with Field Sales team to continually improve program -Coach team on managing schedules, partnering with sales team and managing travel expenses. Retail -Partner with the Director, National Retail Sales to develop overall strategy for retail program -Give input on curriculum and classes needed for retail education -Deliver the highest standard of retail education (Product Knowledge, Selling, Service) -In-store coaching and classroom teaching -Leadership management ? train, develop, inspire, and motivate retail partners.
