Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of User Acquisition and App
Store Optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement user acquisition strategies across paid media
and app store optimization to drive growth
Lead performance marketing efforts and optimize campaigns through
A/B testing and audience segmentation
Manage and mentor a team of user acquisition managers while
collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing
performance
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or
performance marketing, preferably in B2C or mobile apps
Expertise in incrementality testing and understanding of A/B
experiments
Strong knowledge of paid media buying, SEO, ASO, and affiliate
marketing
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and
AppsFlyer
Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building
high-performance teams
