Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Director, Brand and Program
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution and refinement of brand and program marketing
strategies to align with long-term objectives
Oversee the rollout of brand identity and ensure consistent
application across all channels
Manage and mentor the Brand & Program Marketing team, fostering a
culture of high performance
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, with
leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a
related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Extensive experience in developing and executing brand and program
marketing strategies
Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and
competitive analysis
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agency
partnerships
