Key Responsibilities
Define team structure and recruit, hire, and train Admissions
Representatives
Monitor funnel metrics and analyze data to optimize the admissions
process
Oversee the admissions journey to ensure a positive experience for
families
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing high-performing sales or admissions
teams
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision
making
Ability to create a high-energy internal culture while providing a
supportive experience externally
Experience in cross-functional collaboration to align admissions
processes with business goals
Background in relationship-driven admissions or sales
environments
