A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Account Management,
Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
through strategic account planning and customer engagement
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve revenue
growth targets and enhance customer experience
Develop and scale processes for customer tracking and retention
while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or
related fields, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to improve NRR and GRR within enterprise customer
segments
Expertise in tools like Salesforce and Vitally
Strong leadership skills with experience in building
high-performing teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
priorities
