Job Description:
A company is looking for a Services Program Manager 14.
Key Responsibilities
Manage professional staff investigating child abuse and neglect
allegations and supervise foster care placements
Assign and review new CPS and Foster Care cases for compliance with
policies and laws
Provide training to staff and implement new CPS and Foster Care
programs and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in a human services-related field or
a bachelor's degree with 30 semester credits in relevant areas
Three years of professional experience in a related role, including
one year at a Services Specialist P11 level or equivalent
At least three years of child welfare experience equivalent to a
Services Specialist
Experience in training services staff or as a program analyst in
child welfare
Completion of a supervisory training program within three months of
assuming the position
