Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Enterprise Customer
Success (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers,
fostering a collaborative culture
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at
enterprise-level customers to drive satisfaction and identify
upsell opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer success
strategies that enhance retention and expansion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
advanced degrees and certifications are a plus
10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or
related roles within the SaaS industry
5+ years of experience in a leadership or management capacity
Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise
accounts
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in customer success
software and CRM tools
