A Southern California Ambulatory Surgery Center is actively seeking a Nursing Director Surgical Services to lead their organization. -The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will report to the Regional Vice President, and will be supported by a Director of Nursing and numerous nurse managers. - - -The ASC Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Administrator will be responsible for the management and operations of the Center as a whole. It will be the duty of the ASC Nurse Administrator to communicate effectively with Physicians, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Executives alike to ensure that the facility runs according to policies and procedures. Additionally, they will manage fiscal operations, employee relations as well as regulatory compliance within the Surgery Center. - -As the Nursing Administrator with this multi-specialty surgery center, it will be important to lead with the facility's mission of providing patients with high quality, safe, cost effective outpatient surgical care delivered in a friendly, convenient, caring environment. An organized, detail oriented, adaptable team leader will make for an ideal ASC Administrator with this surgery center. -The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will oversee a facility with 2 operating rooms and 1 procedure room, which performs 300-400 monthly procedures. -The ASC Nursing Administrator will oversee a facility which performs numerous procedures, but primarily orthopedics and total joints. -The Surgery Center is part of a large and stable healthcare organization with Surgery Centers throughout the region. -The nonprofit healthcare organization is prepared to offer a generous salary, comprehensive benefit package, lucrative bonus package and relocation assistance.
