Job Description:

A company is looking for an Interface Project Manager II to support the expansion and refinement of EMR services.
Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of EMR platforms and operational processes to optimize integrations
Lead frontline support for client accounts and ensure effective communication across various EMR support channels
Manage projects to support technical and operational initiatives while fostering relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience in healthcare with exposure to EMR and/or LIS systems
Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and enhance customer support in complex environments
Strong knowledge of the healthcare space; familiarity with genetic testing and precision medicine is a plus
A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required, preferably in Science or a qualitative discipline
Experience with EMR software, interface engines, and HL7 messaging standards is highly valued
