Role & Purpose"The Leader"Lead agency teams and client partners
in the development and delivery of strategic and creative
initiatives, solving complex business
challenges.ResponsibilitiesLeadership
- Build growth-oriented, trusting client relationships that go
beyond social and build a hunger for breakthrough ideas.
- Partner with Group Client Director to help guide, advise,
assist, and stimulate account team members by way of day-to-day
coaching, regular feedback, and development conversations.
- Make proactive recommendations on growth opportunities for
accounts directed.
- Manage expectations internally and externally through business
savvy and effective communications.
- Partner with creative and strategic leaders to create
business-generating and award-winning work for our clients.Account
Management
- Day-to-day business lead on all accounts directed.
- Lead planning and execution of strategic and creative
initiatives in accordance with client's objectives and budget
limitations.
- Contribute to the analysis and understanding of business
results; contribute to the development of competitive landscape
assessments and account plans.
- Monitor client, competitive, and category news and responsible
for reporting to the internal team on a regular basis.
- Contribute to the development of case studies on the brand you
work on, supporting the team in the creation of creative award show
entries.
- Responsible for cultivating strong relationships with internal
stakeholders, including agency leadership.
- Accountable for ensuring clients are consistently up-to-date on
all projects/timing.
- Conduct a tightly-led meeting and manage account team members
to ensure internal and client meetings are well-run with clear
agenda and actionable recaps.
- Foster great relationships between partner agencies;
responsible for delivery of pertinent information to partners.
- Lead well-thought-out and actionable POVs.New Business
- Support new business pitches by partnering with Group Client
Director/pitch lead, as requested.Competencies

processes during the presentation; can change tactics midstream
when something isn't working.Professional Skills &
Qualification
- 8+ years experience and leadership within an advertising
agency.
- Demonstrates clear understanding of business operations.
- Strong expertise in managing and coaching direct reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Collaboration
Tools, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.Salary RangeOur
estimated range for this role is $115k - $145k.Compensation
packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate
brings to their role. There may also be a more senior or junior
position available that could be a better fit with your expertise.
