Sales Director to drive growth and expand our presence in the Los
Angeles region. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven
sales leader with experience in senior living communities and a

You'll Do:
- Lead Regional Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans
to penetrate new markets and drive revenue.
- Achieve & Exceed KPIs: Own sales targets and key performance
indicators, ensuring consistent growth.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and maintain trusted
relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers,
and key stakeholders.
- Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business
opportunities, negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit
all parties.
- Optimize Sales Performance: Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce
preferred) to track activity, manage pipelines, and analyze
performance trends.
- Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with
operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure a seamless sales
process and alignment with company goals.What We're Looking
For:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within senior living
communities, healthcare services, or related industries.
- Strong background in business development, marketing, or
healthcare administration.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales
strategies, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills,
with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess market trends
and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience negotiating contracts and agreements with key
partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for sales
