Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Project Manager to
lead and manage client relationships through effective project
management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to own
the service delivery relationship
Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination
and communication of client deliverables
Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality
and accuracy while maintaining project status records
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in project management within the
eDiscovery or litigation support industry
Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
successfully
Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities,
and legal document review requirements
Ability to develop project plans and ensure effective control from
planning through final production
Experience in reviewing financial and billing information to meet
deadlines consistently
