Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Global HRIS and Americas
Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to the payroll and HRIS teams,
ensuring compliance with processes and laws
Create and execute an annual strategy to maximize HRIS and Payroll
systems, including user training and product enhancements
Standardize HRIS policies and processes globally, maintain HR
dashboards, and apply predictive analytics for HR trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent
required
10+ years of experience in Global HRIS with progressive
responsibility
Minimum 3 years in a strategic leadership role in HRIS and
Payroll
Expertise in Canadian and United States Payroll Compliance and
Payroll Tax
5+ years' experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS and Payroll
